Hilton Head Island, South Carolina is recognized as one of the most desirable beaches on the Atlantic seaboard. Sea Pines Resort offers over 5,000 acres of private amenities - and this villa is situated only a stones throw from the South Beach Marina. The Salty Dog Cafe, shops and water sports, are all part of what South Beach Marina has to offer. Live outdoor entertainment every night, plus kids activities in the courtyard create a laid back atmosphere for your to relax after a day of fun. Beach access is found through a short walk across the street to the Calibogue Sound, (known for spotting dolphin in the early morning and evening). A small playground is next to the South Beach pool. Boating/Fishing/Water sport Rentals, as well as Bike Rentals are all within the immediate area.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire condo, patio, and all nearby walking paths, beach access points, and South Beach Marina amenities. South Beach pool will be operational during 2025 summer season. Guests have access to the pool for small fee paid at the pool.

Great location in Bluff Villas! It is right across from the beach access and a quick walk to Salty Dog. It had pretty much everything we needed for a long weekend.

Cozy and spacious condo in a perfect location. We loved the patio. We had a glitch with the electronic lock and Tuul responded and fixed it within a few minutes. A great value.

We have been renting in HHI for many years - primarily in the Bluff Villa’s. This was by far the nicest condo and host! The location is awesome. Great views from private patio and only a walk across the street to the beach. The Salty Dog restaurant and Marina is great and only a couple minutes walk away from this condo.

Find us

Private parking is available in front of the building (Please display your gate pass on dash or window). There is also a complimentary trolley during the peak season that travels between attractions in Sea Pines. Sea Pines is known for the miles of bike trails covered by big beautiful trees allowing you to bike enjoyably even on a hot summer day.
